Battery Builders Inc

Battery Builders Inc. continues to grow with experienced talent that understands the demands, details, and discipline of the motive power industry. We are excited to introduce two new team members who bring years of real-world industry knowledge to BBI: Basila Deany, Production Engineer, and Frederick Ricke, RMA & Freight Damage Coordinator. Their combined experience and practical expertise help reinforce our commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Basila Deany Joins BBI as Production Engineer

Basila Deany joins BBI as our new Production Engineer, bringing extensive motive power industry experience and a strong technical background to our production environment. With years spent working closely with battery systems, manufacturing processes, and operational workflows, Basila understands what it takes to build dependable products at scale while maintaining strict quality standards.

In this role, Basila supports production efficiency, process improvement, and product quality initiatives across our manufacturing operations. Her industry knowledge and hands-on approach help ensure that our build processes remain consistent, optimized, and aligned with customer expectations. Adding experienced engineering leadership strengthens our ability to deliver reliable power solutions and continuously refine how we work.

Frederick Ricke Named RMA & Freight Damage Coordinator

Frederick Ricke joins BBI as our RMA & Freight Damage Coordinator, a role that is critical to customer support, product accountability, and logistics follow-through. Frederick brings many years of motive power experience and understands the lifecycle of industrial batteries from shipment through service resolution.

He will oversee return material authorizations and freight damage cases, helping ensure that issues are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. His background in the industry gives him practical insight into product handling, transportation risks, and resolution best practices. That experience helps BBI respond faster and more effectively when customers need support.

Experience That Moves the Operation Forward

At BBI, industry experience matters. Motive power is not a plug-and-play field. It requires technical knowledge, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of how batteries perform in real working environments. Bringing in professionals like Basila Deany and Frederick Ricke adds depth to our team and strengthens our ability to serve customers with consistency and confidence.

We are glad to have both Basila and Frederick on board and look forward to the impact their experience will make across our production, quality, and customer support operations.
